Grail Hunterz SMS Program

Program description

Grail Hunterz sends transactional messages only. There are two kinds:

• One-time passcodes that verify your mobile number when you create an account or sign in.
• Account notices about the status of a card shipment or a payout you requested.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

How you opt in

You enter your mobile number on the sign-in screen of the Grail Hunterz iOS app and tap Send code. The consent disclosure appears directly above that button before you tap it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — messages are sent in response to your own actions (signing in, a shipment moving, a payout sending). Message and data rates may apply.

Getting help, and stopping messages

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@caldaruslabs.app.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation message and then no others. You can opt back in at any time by requesting a new verification code in the app.

Sample messages

Grail Hunterz: 123456 is your verification code. It expires in 10 minutes. Never share this code with anyone.

Grail Hunterz: your card shipment is on the way. Track it in the app under Vault. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Grail Hunterz: your payout of $84.50 has been sent to your bank and should arrive in 1-3 business days. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
